We accept PayPal only, however Credit/Debit Card are always welcome even without Paypal account on Paypal website.

Our customer service representatives are available from Monday to Friday, 9:30a.m. – 6:30p.m. (GMT+8), and closed on Saturday & Sunday.

Our expert staffs are available during business hours to answer any questions you may have about the products as well. Our website provides you with images and information to represent the merchandise you may purchase. Please be aware that the colors shown may not be exact. Manufacturer design revisions and color variations may also exist. Prices, products,availability and offers are subject to change without notice. MyHomeNature is not responsible for graphical display variations or typographical errors.


  1. What happened if an item is on backorder?

We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that it is available on Special Order basis only). In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it’s unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you. Your credit card might be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment. Due to high international shipping costs and taxes and duty fees, we will hold the order with backordered items until you notice us to cancel or change these items.
