Biophytum sensitivum is a neat little plant that looks just like a miniature palm tree!
Each leaf is divided into what resembles a palm frond and a row of them encircle the top of the plant.
At night the leaves of this species will fold up. Biophytum sensitivum
may also do this when the plant is stressed. If when receiving this plant, the leaves are closed, simply just plant it and allow it to adjust and they will reopen.
