Details
Alocasia melo is an exotic tropical plant with stiff, dark green leaves that look and feel like cardboard. This plant grows naturally on a rocky surface and is thus used to little water at its roots. Unlike most other Alocasias, therefore, it needs less water, but do try to ensure high humidity. Place it in partial shade. The optimum growing temperature lies between 20 and 30 degrees Celsius.
