Land Crab ( Cardisoma guanhumi )is a land crab found in tropical and subtropical estuaries and other waters along the Atlantic coast of the Americas, from Brazil and Colombia, through the Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico to the Bahamas, and as far north as the Princess Plaza Sanctuary on the Palm Coast of Ponce Inlet, Florida, and the Bermuda Islands. The color of the species ranges from dark blue to brown or light gray.
