3. Preparation Time

After placing order, it usually take 10-15 days to prepare order and documents before your order is dispatched. Shipping usually takes 2-8 days depends on the shipping option chosen. Generally speaking, it takes around 3 weeks to receive your order.

4. Weather and delay due to extreme weather

We constantly track weather of your location to ensure that the creature could arrive smoothly.

It’s our top priority to protect the well-being of your selected creature or plant. Under certain weather conditions, we have no choice but to delay shipment. For example, we won’t ship when expected temperature of your location is over 35°C(95°F)/below 8°C (47°F) or there’s expected extreme weather condition like hurricane or rainstorm. We will definitely let you know once this happens, and your patience is truly appreciated..

5. Packaging

We wrap and pack our plants in careful manner. We choose the right packaging material in accordance with the product selected and weather. For example, when temperature of your location is lower then 15° C(59°F) , we will use foam box and heat pack instead of paper box to pack plants. We also use paper towels or sphagnum to keep the root of the plants humid.

6. Delay in shipment

The health and well-being of your plants is our first and foremost concern. You will be notified via email if we opt to delay shipment of your order due to weather conditions or potential delays in transit.

7. Holidays

Please check our home page for holiday notice. During holiday seasons, local couriers may undergo severe delays. We will need more time to process your order and arrange for the logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

8. Import Duty / Fee

The shipping fee of USA, Singapore & Hong Kong include duty or surcharge that may be imposed by the customs or courier for the propose of inspecting the parcel.

As a rule of thumb, we will not provide refund in any form for any confiscation, abandone or return of parcel or any issue to the product due to delay in delievry if such arises in connection with or due to any reason of or caused by the customer – including customer refuses to or delays in provide certain information, or he rejects to receive a parcel.

Customers from any other countries are responsible for taking care of the import duty, fee or surcharge of your destination if any. In case any of such duty or fee is imposed, you should receive an SMS / email / call from the courier. Please pay the relevant duty or fee ASAP to expedite customs clearance procedures. My Home Nature is not responsible for this charge.
