- Instead of 2 weeks preparation time, we will need 6-8 weeks to dispatch any new order (subject to lockdown arrangement of local government). It is due to the area where our major nursery in China (Guangzhou) locates is under lockdown due to few confirmed cases in the next neighbourhood. None of MHN staff is confirmed COVID-19 positive.
- If you’re order 12 plants or less to a residential address to US, you’re order will be sent through UPS and 4-5 days transit is expected.
- In the meantime，We do not accept any cancellation once the order is made. We will charge a 5% administrative fee for handling any cancellation request.
