Congo red alligator back scorpion (Hottentotta hottentotta)

There are crocodile-like bumps on the back, but they are more obvious than other varieties. The body color changes greatly, including brown, dark red, and dark purple. The color of the larvae is quite bright, and the color of the adult is dull. Fierce, slightly more toxic.
