My Home Nature
Hoya blashernaezii is named after plant collector Blas Hernaez, who discovered this hoya at the Island of Catanduanes near Luzon in the Philippines.
Hoya blashernaezii is a tropical climber with relatively sparse vines, interesting bell-shaped or cup-shaped yellow flowers, but a very faint smell.
Hoya blazernaezii has distinctive elongated leaves with attractive veins that are initially pliable but harden as they mature.
