The larvae are bluish-green and only the front half of the head is reddish-brown. The adult head plate and the dorsal plate of the foot segment are brownish-red. The tail is very strong and powerful, and it makes a sound when threatened. It is found in Tibet, China. The high-altitude centipede feeding environment should be slightly moist, not too hot, and maintain good ventilation.
