The leaves are arranged in a precise geometric shape. The plants is furry because every part of the leaves are cover by hair including leaves, shoots and buds. These protect the plant from direct sunlight and excessive evaporation. Leaves are hairy and fleshy with greyish hair. The inflorences areĀ bright purplish-pink to purple .
