- Massonia depressa is a species of flowering plant in the family Asparagaceae. It is orignated from South Africa

- Massonia depressa has two opposite leaves lying flat on the ground.White and yellow flowers in cluster 

- The flowers are uniquely scented like yeast

- The seed capsules are inflated, enabling them to be wind-borne

- Don't water your plant frequently in hibernation mode to prevent root rot
